SoftLink What is SoftLink? SoftLink is the DocuStream module that allows one-click storage of an electronic image (a soft copy you may have on your local workstation or company network, such as a Word or Excel Document, PDF document, etc..) directly into FileNET, while automatically linking it to the SAP object (such as Accounting Invoice, Vendor Master Record, Human Resource Record, etc..) that you specify.... all from within you SAP Gui! Shown in the example above, simply choose up to 10 different soft copies, specify your SAP object (for example an Accounting Invoice) and click "Perform SoftLink". Done! Your soft copies are automatically stored in FileNET and linked to your SAP record!
